Torsion Test 扭力測試
扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)是用一個特定的力,將材料或測試部件扭轉(zhuǎn)到特定的程度,或直到材料在扭轉(zhuǎn)中失效。扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)的扭力是通過固定一端使其不能移動或旋轉(zhuǎn),并對另一端施加力矩,使樣品圍繞其軸線旋轉(zhuǎn)而施加到試驗(yàn)樣品上。旋轉(zhuǎn)力矩也可以施加在樣品的兩端,但兩端必須向相反的方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)的目的是確定材料或測試樣品在扭曲或受到扭轉(zhuǎn)力時(shí)所表現(xiàn)出來的力學(xué)性能,主要是指剪切的彈性模量、屈服剪切強(qiáng)度、扭轉(zhuǎn)疲勞壽命、延展性、極限剪切強(qiáng)度和剪切斷裂模量。
